Before you start your appointment search

Do I need an existing visa appointment?
Not always. The requirement depends on the destination and provider. Your route page explains what is needed before you pay.
What happens after I pay?
You confirm your preferred centres, dates, times, and applicant details. We then begin the appointment search and email you when a suitable slot appears.
Will you need access to my provider account?
Some VFS Global and TLScontact calendars are only visible after sign-in. If your route needs account access, we explain this before checkout and request it through your encrypted dashboard after payment. We never ask for login details by email, and we do not book or change appointments.
Can you guarantee an appointment?
No service can control appointment supply. Availability depends on the provider, route, centre, category, and demand. Wider date and centre preferences usually provide more options.
Is Italy Visa Alerts an official visa provider?
No. Italy Visa Alerts is an independent appointment-finding service. Visa applications and appointment systems remain controlled by the relevant provider, embassy, or consulate.
